1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Axer application ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the Application.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the Application. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance.

2. Description of Service

Axer is a management application designed for mobile device repair shops. The Application allows:

  • Create and manage repair orders
  • Manage customer information
  • Generate quotes
  • Track repair status
  • Collaboration between team members
  • Generate QR labels for orders
  • Share tracking links with customers

3. Registration and Account

To use Axer, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide truthful and up-to-date information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

When using Axer, you agree to:

  • Use the Application only for legitimate shop management purposes
  • Obtain necessary consent from your customers to store their data
  • Not use the Application for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Not attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • Not interfere with the operation of the Application
  • Not reverse engineer the Application
  • Comply with applicable data protection laws

5. Data and Privacy

The use of your data is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Important: You are responsible for:

  • Obtaining your customers' consent before entering their data in the Application
  • Informing your customers about how their data will be used
  • The accuracy of the data you enter in the Application
  • Complying with data protection laws in your jurisdiction

6. Intellectual Property

The Application, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the property of Axer and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

  • Modify or copy the Application
  • Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
  • Reverse engineer the software
  • Remove copyright notices

7. User Content

You retain ownership of the data you enter in the Application (customer information, orders, photos, etc.). By using the Application, you grant us a license to store, process, and display this content for the purpose of providing the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to enter and use any content you upload to the Application.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Application available at all times, but we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axer will not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions
  • Actions of third parties

We recommend keeping backups of your important data.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Axer harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Application, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from the Application (Settings → Delete Account). When you delete your account, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts.

13. General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Axer.
  • Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
