2.4 Repair Order Information

  • Device brand, model, and color
  • Device IMEI or serial number
  • Device password (if provided by customer)
  • Reported problem description
  • Diagnostics and technical notes
  • Device photographs
  • Quotes and prices
  • Order status history

2.5 Technical Information

  • Device information (model, operating system)
  • Error logs to improve the application
  • Anonymous usage information

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide and maintain the order management service
  • Create and manage your user account
  • Enable collaboration between shop team members
  • Generate quotes and share them with customers
  • Send service-related notifications
  • Improve and optimize the application
  • Detect and prevent technical issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored on Supabase servers, a cloud infrastructure provider with security certifications.

Implemented security measures:

  • Data encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Data encryption at rest
  • Passwords hashed with secure algorithms
  • Sensitive data stored in device Keychain
  • Secure authentication with JWT tokens
  • Role-based access (administrator/technician)

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information in the following circumstances:

  • With your consent: When you share a quote or tracking link with a customer
  • Team members: Order data is visible to authorized shop members
  • Service providers: We use Supabase for storage and Rollbar for error monitoring
  • Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

To exercise these rights, you can use the "Delete Account" function within the application (Settings → Delete Account) or contact us directly.

7. Data Retention

We retain your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except when it is necessary to retain it for legal obligations or to resolve disputes.

8. Application Permissions

Axer requests the following permissions:

  • Camera: To scan QR/barcodes and take device photos
  • Photo gallery: To select and save device photos
  • Internet: To sync data with the server

9. Children

Axer is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not intentionally collect information from minors. If we discover that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it immediately.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes through the application or by email. Continued use of Axer after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
